Main objectives of the position:
- Enhancing Rhapsody's online presence and brand recognition among target audiences.
- Increasing audience engagement, leading to higher conversion rates and business growth.
- Building a strong, reputable brand identity that stands out in the market.
- Ensuring the content strategy remains effective and relevant, contributing to achieving long-term marketing and growth goals.
- Staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing trends, ensuring a competitive edge.
- Optimizing the ROI of content marketing efforts, leading to better allocation of resources and improved marketing efficiency.
- Expanding the company’s network and staying updated on industry trends, leading to better-informed decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Craft, edit, and publish digital content including but not limited to blog articles, videos, graphics, audio, and other multimedia across various digital platforms to bolster our marketing campaigns
- Translate creative briefs into intriguing storyboards for video content, ensuring a cohesive narrative that aligns with Rhapsody's brand ethos
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth to address the digital content requisites, and proactively contribute to our evolving content strategy
- Coordinate with external freelancers and agencies, as well as internal teams spanning creative, copywriting, digital, and sales domains to ensure seamless content production and delivery
- Manage and update the departmental editorial calendars and project management tools to keep track of content needs, scheduling, and strategic planning
- Explore and pilot innovative digital content formats and platforms to keep Rhapsody's content fresh, engaging, and ahead of the curve
- Represent RhapsodyMedia in industry events occasionally, absorbing new trends and networking with like-minded professionals
- Maintain a results-driven approach, constantly analyzing the performance of content initiatives against set KPIs and strategizing for improvement
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B content production within a service-oriented sector.
- Proficient in current B2B content and growth marketing trends.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Polish.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a strong affinity for analytics and measurable results.
- A rich portfolio brimming with creative ideas and the energy to bring them to fruition.
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Hands-on experience with analytical, project management, and CRM tools like ClickUp, Pipedrive, Apollo, or Google Analytics.
- Prior experience in Public Relations.
- Familiarity with visual marketing tools and principles, and a knack for crafting visually appealing content.
We are a “remote-ready” company, but if you live in (or near) Warsaw and will be able to meet with us in the office occasionally, that will be a plus!
