**You will:**

- Work closely with our partners in Germany, fluent German is obligatory on this position.
- Manage multiple digital content projects, from initial planning and scoping to execution and final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on project progress and managing their expectations.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and roadblocks, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Evaluate project performance and provide regular reports to both internal teams and clients


**Required qualifications:**
- English proficiency at C1 level in speaking and writing or higher (mandatory).
- German proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of digital content production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
- Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Creative mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude. 
- Experience working in a digital or creative agency.

**Nice to have:**
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager.
- Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack, Jira.
- Knowledge of printing techniques and technologies. 
- Agile certification.
