**You are:**
- Very knowledgeable about marketing tools;
- A practitioner with at least 3 years of experience in growth marketing in the B2B world;
- A great communicator;
- Happy to stand up for what you believe in, challenge senior management if needed;
- Skilled at planning your work and can deliver without being managed;
- Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken;
- A team player who can inspire all individual contributors - internal and external - to go above and beyond.

- Work with a top-notch in-house creative team to deliver impactful communication;

**Zakres obowiązków:**

- koordynacja projektów zleconych do Działu Kreacji przez międzynarodowych klientów (projekty stron internetowych, ilustracje, bannery, animacje, kampanie marketingowe, itp);
- koordynacja projektów zleconych przez pracowników firmy (prezentacje sprzedażowe, materiały marketingowe);
- tworzenie harmonogramów projektów i monitorowanie postępów prac;
- kontrola jakości projektów oraz dbałość o szczegóły;
- skuteczne i sprawne rozwiązywanie problemów;
- obsługa wewnętrznych systemów wspierających zarządzanie projektami;
- wsparcie w szacowaniu, negocjowaniu oraz kontroli kosztów projektu.

We are seeking a motivated and passionate AI Researcher to join our new Artificial Intelligence Division. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing our latest AI technologies and researching the latest advancements in the AI field. The ideal AI Researcher candidate should have a deep understanding of AI or a strong desire to learn it. This position is a unique opportunity to shape the AI landscape of a creative powerhouse and contribute to its commitment to innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Contribute to the research and development and refinement of AI models and tools.
Conduct thorough research on the latest advancements in AI technologies, models, and products.
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to inform AI model development.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement machine learning models for various ML problems using Python and PyTorch.
- Export models for various environments using technologies like ONNX.
