**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to join our Warsaw team and lead projects for US-based clients. This is a dynamic role for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in an international environment, including regular collaboration with US clients.
You’ll manage digital content projects end-to-end, working closely with designers, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows, clear communication, and timely delivery.


**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure real-time collaboration and communication with US-based clients – requires working an afternoon shift (until 8:00 PM) every other week.
- Manage multiple digital content projects, from initial planning and scoping to execution and final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on project progress and managing their expectations.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and roadblocks, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Evaluate project performance and provide regular reports to both internal teams and clients.
- Support the integration of AI-driven solutions into project workflows and content production processes.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager.
- English at a minimum C1 level, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of digital content production processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage US-based client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player mindset.
- A creative, proactive, and can-do attitude. 

**Nice to have:**
- Experience working in a digital or creative agency.
- Knowledge of design tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack and Float.
- Agile certification (e.g. Scrum).

We are looking for an experienced **Creative Lead** to join our growing Warsaw team. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who thrives on taking projects from concept to execution. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, account teams, and clients, shaping bold ideas and delivering outstanding design solutions across branding, digital, and campaign activations.

As a Creative Lead at Rhapsody, you’ll be both a conceptual thinker and a craft-driven maker, able to inspire with ideas and lead with execution.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead conceptualisation of creative ideas, campaigns, and brand identities.
- Presenting and confidently defending creative concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders, senior leadership, or clients.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team (designers, copywriters, content creators) to deliver their best work.
- Oversee project delivery, manage creative workflows, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality completion.
- Working closely with other departments, to ensure cohesive project execution and strategic alignment.

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years’ experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio across branding, digital, and campaign work.
- Proven ability to take projects from concept through to production.
- Strong knowledge of branding, typography, layout, and visual systems.
- Digital-first mindset, with experience in designing for websites, social, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Working knowledge of video editing and motion design tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Excellent client-facing skills, confident in presenting, taking feedback, and shaping creative discussions.
- Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating with wider teams (creative, strategy, production).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Polish language a plus.

Senior Designer

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Full-Stack Developer** with deep experience building, customizing, and scaling Shopify-based solutions. You will lead technical development across multiple e-commerce projects, working closely with designers, PMs, and marketers to deliver robust, high-performing online stores and backend applications.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead development of custom Shopify themes, features, and integrations.
- Build end-to-end functionality using **Liquid, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS**, and backend technologies.
- **Develop and maintain backend applications**, including private or public Shopify apps.
- Work extensively with Shopify APIs (Admin, Storefront, GraphQL).
- Build secure and scalable app architectures using Node.js or similar backend frameworks.
- Optimize store performance and enhance overall UX.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across frontend and backend systems.

**Requirements**
- **5+ years of experience** as a Full-Stack or Senior Developer.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Shopify development (Liquid, theme architecture, theme customization).
- JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React a plus).
- Backend development, especially with Node.js (PHP or other backend languages also acceptable).
- Proven experience developing **Shopify apps** (custom/private or public).
- Strong understanding of Shopify APIs and authentication flows
