Project Manager

You will:

  • Work closely with our partners in Germany, fluent German is obligatory on this position.
  • Manage multiple digital content projects, from initial planning and scoping to execution and final delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on project progress and managing their expectations.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and roadblocks, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Evaluate project performance and provide regular reports to both internal teams and clients

Required qualifications:

  • English proficiency at C1 level in speaking and writing or higher (mandatory).
  • German proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of digital content production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
  • Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience working in a digital or creative agency.

Nice to have:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack, Jira.
  • Knowledge of printing techniques and technologies.
  • Agile certification.
