The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Warsaw team and lead projects for US-based clients. This is a dynamic role for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in an international environment, including regular collaboration with US clients. You’ll manage digital content projects end-to-end, working closely with designers, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows, clear communication, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure real-time collaboration and communication with US-based clients – requires working an afternoon shift (until 8:00 PM) every other week.
- Manage multiple digital content projects, from initial planning and scoping to execution and final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on project progress and managing their expectations.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and roadblocks, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Evaluate project performance and provide regular reports to both internal teams and clients.
- Support the integration of AI-driven solutions into project workflows and content production processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager.
- English at a minimum C1 level, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of digital content production processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage US-based client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player mindset.
- A creative, proactive, and can-do attitude.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a digital or creative agency.
- Knowledge of design tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack and Float.
- Agile certification (e.g. Scrum).
