The Role

We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead to join our growing Warsaw team. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who thrives on taking projects from concept to execution. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, account teams, and clients, shaping bold ideas and delivering outstanding design solutions across branding, digital, and campaign activations.

As a Creative Lead at Rhapsody, you’ll be both a conceptual thinker and a craft-driven maker, able to inspire with ideas and lead with execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead conceptualisation of creative ideas, campaigns, and brand identities.
  • Presenting and confidently defending creative concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders, senior leadership, or clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team (designers, copywriters, content creators) to deliver their best work.
  • Oversee project delivery, manage creative workflows, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality completion.
  • Working closely with other departments, to ensure cohesive project execution and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and roll out brand systems across digital and print touchpoints.
  • Provide art direction on photoshoots, video content, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate directly with clients, confidently presenting and defending ideas.
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives and experiences.
  • Contribute to motion and video editing workflows, enhancing campaigns with dynamic content.
  • Stay up to date with design, digital, and cultural trends to keep our creative output fresh (including AI creative technology).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio across branding, digital, and campaign work.
  • Proven ability to take projects from concept through to production.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, typography, layout, and visual systems.
  • Digital-first mindset, with experience in designing for websites, social, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of video editing and motion design tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
  • Excellent client-facing skills, confident in presenting, taking feedback, and shaping creative discussions.
  • Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating with wider teams (creative, strategy, production).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Polish language a plus.
