Rhapsody is looking for strong Developers who have real time development experience in UI / Front End Development to join our team. Should be well versed and complete understanding on SDLC. They will be independently drive design decisions to insure the necessary health of the overall solution.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Coding skills in following technologies: jQuery, JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, LESS, SASS.
• Familiarity with one of popular CSS frameworks (ex. Bootstrap, Foundation).
• Strong Understanding in OOPS Concept.
• Strong Knowledge in Responsive design principles.
• Strong Knowledge in API Services using AJAX and JSON.
• Strong Knowledge in GIT.
• Knowledge of optimisation techniques for frontend environment.
• Platform experience highly preferred on one or more of Strapi / Contember / AEM.
• Platform experience in Shopify or other hot and recent ecommerce platforms.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit ausgezeichneten schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Based in Poland, and comfortable working in an international environment.

Must Have Skills

• Strong understanding and experience with legacy and modern React practices, Typescript, and Nextjs. 
• Proven ability to work with existing, large code bases.
• Ability to convert designs into pixel perfect HTML/CSS code.
• Deep understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with modern Javascript syntax and features.
• Experience building out new features from requirements or user stories.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-starter, ability to read documentation and implement it.
• Innovative Contributor - ability to fill in blanks where they exist within a project or sprint plan and understand the goals of the project team - making recommendations to help reach those goals.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
• Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, security and usability.
• Familiar with product and design life cycles, and collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Understand business requirements working closely with UX/business analyst teams, plan and translate mockups and wireframes to optimised, reusable, and quality code.
• Experience building REST APIs.
• Expertise with Object Oriented JavaScript (ES6 & ES7).
• Experience with microservices and respective architecture design principles and scalability best practices.
• Proficient user of Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD.

Nice To Have

• Strong understanding and experience with legacy and modern Vue.js practices.
• Ability to teach other, more junior developers to build on GraphQL APIs, React, etc.
• Experience with OAuth 2 and other authorisation frameworks.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
